Electronic Commercial Communication Rules and Information Notice

This Electronic Commercial Communication Rules and Information Notice has been prepared in order to inform you about the sending of commercial electronic communications to you, as well as the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data, within the scope of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809, the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), and the relevant legislation.

Within this scope, your contact information such as your phone number and e-mail address that you have shared will be processed, provided that you give your consent, for use in marketing communications; for the purposes of carrying out communication activities within the scope of marketing activities, planning and execution of marketing processes, conducting marketing analysis studies; and sending commercial electronic communications such as services, promotions, announcements, events, advertisements, campaigns, etc. via the channels to which you have given your consent, including mobile applications, social media accounts, SMS, and e-mail.

Such processing will be carried out based on the requirement of approval for commercial electronic communications pursuant to Article 6 of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and on the legal basis of explicit consent pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time. In the event that you withdraw the approval you have given regarding the sending of commercial electronic communications, it shall be deemed that you have withdrawn your explicit consent.

Your personal data may be used by our Company either directly or through data processors, and may be shared, in line with the realization of the stated purposes, with İmtilak Group Companies, our Company’s business partners, and suppliers.

Your personal data will be processed, for the purposes of carrying out storage and archiving activities, by service providers whose servers are located abroad, in a manner limited to these purposes and based on your explicit consent, and will be transferred abroad via servers located outside the country.

You may submit your requests regarding your rights listed under Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data in accordance with the “Communication on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller” through the channels specified therein.
